I started my fitness journey at 160kg.
I'm not someone who was always fit and decided to become a coach.

The PT Project is an 8 week programme for men who are tired of winging it. 2× 1-1 sessions per week for 16 weeks to help you build confidence in the gym by teaching you proper technique and the habits and nutrition to back it up outside the gym.
Online coaching is for the man who's serious about getting back to his best but needs structure, accountability and a clear plan to actually make it happen.
