The 3 Core Phases Of The Rebuild Programme

phase 1 - Rebuild shred

This is where we get you in a calorie deficit and start dropping body fat from the off. The goal of this phase is to get you to 10-15% body fat as quick as possible so we can start phase 2. You will see your body shape change drastically and your confidence will start to build as a result.

During this phase, you will:

  1. Develop discipline and consistency in your nutrition

  2. Adhere to a structured training programme with focused intensity

  3. Achieve daily step and cardio objectives

  4. Prioritise quality sleep and enhance stress management strategies

  5. Effectively manage social events while maintaining progress

  6. Track progress consistently, with weekly check-ins for accountability

PHASE 2 - REBULD GAIN

In Phase 2, we shift our focus from fat loss to lean muscle development. Our goal is to progressively enhance your strength and increase your calorie intake to support muscle growth.

During this phase, you will:

  1. Gradually increase calorie intake to support performance, recovery, and muscle growth

  2. Focus on progressive overload to build strength in the gym

  3. Build lean muscle while maintaining control over body fat

  4. Stay active with daily steps and balanced movement

  5. Refine your routine to ensure consistency and continued progress

PHASE 3 - REBUILD MAINTAIN

This phase focuses on maintaining your results and preventing the common rebound effect. You’ll develop a sustainable lifestyle that supports your goals, without constantly relying on willpower or motivation.

During this phase, you will:

  1. Learn to eat mindfully without the need for constant tracking

  2. Maintain a flexible yet effective routine

  3. Sustain your body composition

  4. Cultivate a strong mindset to stay on track long-term

  5. Recognize when to push for further progress and when to take a step back
