My mission is to help you men break out of your rut, rebuild your body, and reclaim the edge you’ve lost.

Over the last 7 years, I’ve helped hundreds of men who let their health slide while building careers, providing for their families, and carrying responsibility regain control of their physique, energy, and confidence.

Through a tailored approach to training, nutrition, and routine, this isn’t another quick fix or short term reset.

Before Martin joined the Rebuild Programme, he felt stuck in a rut. Working 50+ hour weeks, trying to be present for his family, and leaving himself with nothing in the tank.

Somewhere along the way, he put himself last. The routine slipped, bad habits crept in, and over two years the weight slowly piled on.
